About Us

Hi, I’m Megan, a 500 hour yoga and mindfulness teacher. I specialise in Yin and Seasonal Hatha Vinyasa yoga, and offer classes for both adults and children. 

I’ve always been fascinated by the workings of the mind, which is why I studied psychology at Edinburgh University. I found yoga after graduating when I travelled to Vietnam to work as an English teacher for local children. When I started practising yoga, I experienced a profound positive change in my own mental health and wellbeing, which is what inspired me to become a yoga teacher myself.

I truly believe that a holistic approach to wellbeing, connecting the mind and body, is the key to leading a happy and healthy life. I’m so passionate about guiding others through this journey.

Continual learning helps me to help my clients even more, so as well as my teacher training, I’ve completed the following complimentary courses:

  • Mindfulness in schools training
  • 300 hour yoga teacher training specialising in traditional chinese medicine and yin yoga in India
  • Intensive training course with Usha Devi 
  • Vipassana (10 days of silent meditation)

I run yoga retreats in the UK and Spain and have worked with companies around the country to help prevent burnout in the workplace and boost staff morale. I also work with children in schools and offer one to one sessions for private clients.

My mission is to make yoga accessible to as many people as possible, so all my classes offer a variety of modifications to allow beginners and more advanced students to practice together.
