YOGA BRUNCH: RETREAT MORNINGS

SEASONAL POP UP RETREAT MORNINGS 

Megan will guide you in a 1 hour 45 minute yin and yang yoga flow and meditation followed by an a vegan/veggie breakfast.  

Megan came up with this event as a way to help you re-connect with yourself, with other like-minded people.

BRUNCH 

A hot and cold buffet including the following: 

• Granola
• Fresh fruit 
  
• Sourdough Bread 
• Scrambled eggs
• Smashed avocado 
• Yoghurt, oat & cow milk 
• Hot drinks (Tea & coffee) 

Your ticket will include:

• 1hr 45 minute yoga session including movement, meditation, self reflection & intention setting.  All levels welcome

• Brunch (the options will vary depending on the venue)

• Small gift to take away with you
